Caramel pudding rainbow cake and baklava (19 Jan 2013)

Caramel pudding rainbow cake


Heat the sugar till caramelised, and allow to cool


Prepare the meringue and batter


Strain the mixture into the cooled caramelised sugar


Preparing different colours


Pour in equal portion one at a time


Sending it into the oven!


Caramel pudding rainbow cake done!

Baklava


Ingredients


Melted butter and boiling sugar in water


Laying Fillo pastry on tray, while brushing with melted butter. Sprinkle grounded nuts and repeat.


Cut the baklava before sending into oven


Pour syrup onto the baked baklava


Sprinkle ground nuts and allow it to soak
